Eventa Ticket Refund Policy


At Eventa, we strive to deliver a seamless ticketing experience. Please note that refunds for purchased tickets are entirely governed by the policies set by the event organizer.

How to Request a Refund

When you contact us, be sure to include your ticket reference or token number. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the event's scheduled date. We'll assist you with the process, which may vary depending on the event organizer's policies and location. Processing times may vary from 7-10 working days.

Return Shipping Costs


Customer shall bear the return shipping cost to our facility for any physical ticket/merchandise returns.

Important Notes


  • Tickets, membership cards, and similar document-based purchases are not refundable.
  • Refunds are typically issued only in cases where the event is significantly impacted or cancelled without an alternative date.
  • Tickets bought under a sale or promotion offer are not generally refundable unless a major quality issue is found.
